A 1kg bag of premium Belgian dark chocolate callets to take your home baking, chocolate drinks & chocolate fountains to the next level. Blended from quality cocoa from Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador, the callets are small button-like shapes created for easy melting. This dark chocolate is not the same as the ‘cooking’ chocolate you buy in the supermarket, which is often of inferior quality and with a bitter taste. This is the same high quality chocolate that top chocolatiers use to make premium chocolate pralines and truffles.
It has a beautifully balanced, rich, full-bodied taste, solid cocoa body and fine, fruity notes. Pair it with a wide variety of ingredients, including vanilla and other spices, port, Guinness and Kriek beer. It works superbly in milk shakes and drinking chocolate, cakes and cake fillings, brownies, biscuits, sauces, home-made ice cream or for ice cream toppings.
