Description
A 33% white chocolate, whose cocoa butter comes from Ecuador. The cocoa comes from Balao, in the province of Guayas, on the south coast of Ecuador. This cocoa grows in sustainable plantations along the rivers of clear water that flow down from the Cordillera mountains of the Andes. This cocoa reveals fruity notes characteristic of equatorial plantations.
