Description
A lovely 55% milk chocolate, whose beans come from Madagascar. It includes a filling of wild pepper from Madagascar, which gives it a fresh but also also a spicy taste. The region of Ambanja between the sea and mountains is also known as the Sambirano Valley, named after the river which crosses it from the heart of the northern part of the country. The Sambirano is bordered by plantations of coffee, spices, plants and, above all, cocoa renowned for its exceptional aromas. The beans come from the Akesson plantation, where the cocoa is grown next to vanilla, peppers, pink berries and other spices.
