A rich 80% dark chocolate, whose beans from from Mexico. In the heart of Chiapas, these beans are harvested around Soconusco, in southern Mexico. This is the land of royal cocoa, consumed by Aztec kings and priests. Produced from sustainable family agroforestry, this exceptional cocoa offers distinct flavours of dried fruits, nuts and spices.
