Description
This is a 90% dark chocolate bar, with cocoa beans from Tanzania. Theses beans are harvested in Tanzania’s Kilombero Valley, in the Morogoro region and processed by hand. The beans reveal fruity and, as pleasant, woody notes. The cocoa is processed in the small village of Mbingu, which means ‘paradise’ in Swahili. Kokoa Kamili supports farmers to ensure them a fair income and develop the ‘typicity’ of Tanzanian cocoa.
