Chocbox is an online retail brand, owned by Chocbox Ltd, a business registered in England & Wales (company number: 08471487).
The legal responsibility of ‘Chocbox’, ‘we’ and ‘us’, as referred to in this policy, falls to Chocbox Ltd.
We accept returns only if a product is faulty or damaged. Because this is food, it is not appropriate to return it for other reasons, because there is a risk that the product may perish further.
Before you return items, you must contact Chocbox and have received our email confirmation, which will include full details and instructions about how to return the item(s) or how to prepare the items for collection by our courier.
See our Terms & Conditions page for more on cancelling a product within the cooling-off period.
Returning Goods to Chocbox
When returning damaged or faulty goods yourself: we will refund your delivery charge back to us – to be agreed with us before you send anything back. Please confirm with us first.
Once you have a written agreement that you may return the faulty or damaged item(s) please post to: Chocbox, Unit 1 Holland Way, Blandford Forum DT11 7TA
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, in case your returned item doesn’t reach us, for any reason.
If we have arranged with you that we will collect it: we will send you details to that effect, along with instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the notification.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t yet received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
